Rick Hunter leads the Houston office of Lexbridge with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. During his previous tenure with Morgan Keegan & Co. (now Raymond James) and Southcoast Capital Corporation (now Capital One Securities, Inc.), he advised companies on mergers & acquisitions, and helped fund their growth from early stage private placements to IPO’s and publicly registered follow-on offerings. Industry experience includes oil & gas, oilfield service, chemicals, packaging, branded consumer products, business services, industrial manufacturers, retail, software and technology, shipbuilding, construction, and environmental services.

Mr. Hunter earned an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, and is a licensed Investment Banking Representative (FINRA Series 79) and Securities Agent (FINRA Series 63).
